Birthday cakes are not all made on the same timeline.

Baking, chilling, decorating and custom details all take time, so the more customized the cake is, the earlier it should be booked.

1. Regular designs: at least 24 hours is better

Classic cakes in standard sizes can often be arranged with one day’s notice, depending on the production schedule.

If you need something on the same day, message us first to ask what is available. Same-day stock varies and should not be treated as guaranteed.

2. Simple custom cakes: allow 2–3 days

If you want to:

  • change the color
  • add a name
  • adjust small decorations
  • add a simple theme element

give us around 2–3 days when possible.

That gives enough time to confirm the details and fit the cake properly into the production schedule.

3. Complex custom cakes: one week or more

Multi-tier cakes, detailed themes, special structures, hand-painted designs or cakes with many custom decorations usually need more time.

For these, one week is a good minimum — and busy dates may require even earlier booking.

4. Weekends and holidays need extra planning

Birthdays, weekends, year-end parties and holidays tend to fill up faster.

A cake that is easy to arrange on a normal weekday may need more lead time during peak periods.

If your date is fixed, reserving early and finalizing the design later is often the easiest approach.
