How to Order a Custom Birthday Cake from IM CAKE

Ordering a custom birthday cake does not require you to know baking terms.

If you prepare a few key details first, the whole process becomes much easier.

1. Start with the guest count, then choose the size

IM CAKE’s common size guide:

6 inch: 4–6 people
8 inch: 6–10 people
10 inch: 10–14 people
12 inch: 14–18 people
14 inch: 18–22 people

6-inch cakes start from ₱2,000.

2. Choose the flavor

Start with what you actually enjoy: fresh cream, fruit, mango, chocolate, matcha, cheesecake or other current menu flavors.

3. Prepare a reference image

Mark the colors, elements and lettering you like, plus anything you do not want. A reference image is a direction, not necessarily a 1:1 copy.

4. Confirm the message on the cake

Send the exact wording, for example:

Happy Birthday Mia

Always double-check names and spelling.

5. Confirm the date and lead time

Regular cakes still need advance confirmation. Simple custom work usually needs more time, and complex themes should be booked earlier.

6. Pickup or delivery

You can pick up from the store or ask about local delivery.

FAQ: Can I order a custom cake on the same day?

Detailed custom cakes are usually not suitable for same-day orders. If you need something urgently, ask about ready-made cakes or simple adjustments to available stock.
